I’m a sales leader, trainer, and relationship-builder with a knack for turning good teams into great ones. At SIGA North America, I’ve led a multi-state crew, scaled sales from six figures to over $4 million, and built a hands-on construction training academy from the ground up. But more than numbers, I’m proud of the trust I’ve built, both with my team and the industry professionals we serve. I believe in consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership that adapts to people, not the other way around.

Outside the world of air barriers and spreadsheets, I’m a husband, a dad, a car enthusiast, and a guy who can talk building science and SpongeBob in the same conversation. You might find me woodworking in my garage, planning the next family trip, or helping my Australian Shepherd, Scout, unlearn whatever chaos he just mastered.

Bottom line: I love helping people grow, whether it’s a sales rep, a customer, or the kid next door figuring out how to use a cordless drill.
